Description:
The Talent Partner is responsible for delivering all facets of recruitment success for assigned units. This position delivers high quality candidates. Creates and delivers a positive candidate and hiring manager experience through proactive communication and service.

Job Responsibilities:

* Identify and engage candidates through pro-active approaches.
* Review, pre-screen, and interview candidates to determine appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
* Processes internal transfer requests.
* Presents candidate pool to the hiring manager in a timely manner.
* Regular follow up with respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
* Determines compensation offers through application of authorized methodology and extends job offers.
* Initiates post-offer processes upon candidate acceptance of contingent offer.
* Coordinates and attends recruitment events.
* Reconciles computer reports: recruitment work list to position control and to position manager to ensure consistent reporting statistics.
* Decision Making: Ability to effectively carry out non-routine procedures under constantly changing conditions, in conformance with general instructions from supervisor.
* Working Relationships: Works with internal/external customers.
* Works frequently with individuals at director level or above

Required Skills & Experience:

* At least one (1) year of related experience.
* Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
* Ability to organize and prioritize work in an effective and efficient manner.
* Strong knowledge of general human resources practices, including state and federal regulations related to employment.
* Working knowledge of effective recruiting/marketing strategies.
* Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems.
* Working knowledge of electronic reporting and communication systems.

Required Education:

* Bachelor's degree in human resource management or closely related field.
