About Role

As an Associate Product Manager, you will work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Legal, and Operations to build high-impact digital financial products. This is a hands-on role where you will conduct user interviews, analyze behavioral data, develop engagement loops, and contribute directly to roadmap development.
You will balance strategy and execution, diving deep into analytics while shaping consumer-facing product experiences. The role emphasizes experimentation, iterative testing, and data-driven insight generation to improve engagement, retention, and product-market fit. Responsibilities

Conduct user interviews and analyze behavioral data to identify engagement drivers
Develop and experiment with product experiences and content strategies

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute product initiatives

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience working on digital consumer products
