Role Overview
The BDM – Gaming & Metaverse is a senior leadership role responsible for driving global revenue, building scalable sales engines, and expanding Antier’s footprint across gaming, metaverse, and immersive technologies.

This role goes beyond closing deals — you will define sales strategy, lead enterprise and strategic accounts, build and mentor sales teams, partner closely with Business, Marketing, and Delivery leadership, and act as a key growth architect for the gaming vertical.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Revenue Ownership

Own and drive end-to-end revenue targets for the Game & Metaverse Development vertical.

Define and execute a global sales strategy across gaming studios, publishers, enterprises, Web3 startups, and metaverse platforms.

Build predictable pipelines across custom game development, AAA/co-dev, Web3 gaming, metaverse platforms, NFTs, and immersive experiences.

Identify high-growth markets, verticals, and deal structures to accelerate topline growth.

Enterprise Sales & Strategic Accounts

Lead high-value, complex, and enterprise-level deal closures.

Act as a senior stakeholder in strategic negotiations, pricing models, and long-term contracts.

Build and nurture C-level relationships with global clients and partners.

Drive account expansion, upsell, and long-term revenue through strategic account management.

Sales Leadership & Team Building

Build, scale, and mentor a high-performing global sales team focused on gaming and metaverse solutions.

Define sales processes, KPIs, forecasting models, and performance frameworks.

Coach sales leaders and BDMs on consultative selling, solution positioning, and enterprise deal cycles.

Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and execution excellence.

Collaboration with Business, Marketing & Delivery

Work closely with the Business Head to align revenue goals with long-term business strategy.

Partner with Marketing to define GTM strategies, campaigns, and positioning.

Support pre-sales with domain-led consulting, demos, solution framing, and value articulation.

Ensure smooth handover from sales to delivery, maintaining client trust and satisfaction.

Market Expansion & Partnerships

Establish strategic alliances with gaming studios, publishers, Web3 ecosystems, and platforms.

Identify partnership-led revenue opportunities and co-selling models.

Track industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging technologies to guide sales direction.

Forecasting, Reporting & Governance

Own revenue forecasting, pipeline reviews, and sales performance reporting.

Ensure compliance with pricing, contract governance, and organizational policies.

Provide leadership with actionable insights on market demand, deal health, and growth opportunities.

What You’ll Bring

8+ years of experience in B2B sales, with 3+ years in gaming, metaverse, Web3, or immersive tech services.

Proven track record of closing deals and scaling revenue-led teams.

Strong understanding of game development lifecycles, engines (Unity/Unreal), publishing models, live ops, monetization, and Web3 gaming.

Experience selling services and solutions (not just products) in global markets.

Exceptional leadership, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to bridge business, technology, and creative value in client conversations.

Nice to Have

Exposure to AAA studios, co-development models, NFT gaming, digital economies, or metaverse platforms.

Strong global network across gaming, blockchain, or VC ecosystems.

MBA or advanced business qualification.
