Key Responsibilities
Design and develop custom logos, brand identities, marketing materials, racing graphics, vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, and signage.
Create production‑ready artwork for large‑format printing, vinyl graphics, decals, banners, trade show displays, and promotional materials.
Collaborate with clients to develop creative concepts, present design options, and implement revisions.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high‑quality standards.
Prepare, operate, and maintain large‑format printing equipment and production workflows.
Set up files, color profiles, and output specifications for commercial‑grade printing equipment.
Operate Epson large‑format printers, plotters, vinyl printers, laminators, and related finishing equipment.
Perform quality control checks to ensure color accuracy, sizing, print quality, and production consistency.
Prepare cut files, print‑and‑cut layouts, vehicle wrap templates, and installation‑ready graphics.
Coordinate with production and installation teams to ensure successful project execution.
Maintain organized project files, printer settings, material inventories, and production records.
Troubleshoot printer, plotter, and production issues as needed.
Qualifications
3+ years of professional graphic design experience in a print shop, sign shop, vehicle wrap company, graphics production environment, or related industry.
Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator and Photoshop.
Strong experience designing vehicle wraps, racing graphics, fleet graphics, signage, and large‑format graphics.
Hands‑on experience operating Epson large‑format printers, plotters, laminators, and related print production equipment.
Experience preparing files for large‑format printing, vinyl cutting, and commercial print production.
Strong understanding of color management, print specifications, file setup, and production workflows.
Knowledge of vinyl materials, wrap templates, installation requirements, and large‑format printing processes.
Excellent branding, typography, layout, and visual communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high‑quality work.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced production environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in motorsports, racing, automotive branding, or vehicle customization industries.
Familiarity with HP Latex, Epson SureColor, Roland, Mimaki, Mutoh, Graphtec, or Summa production equipment.
Experience with vehicle wrap installation or wrap production processes.
Knowledge of signage fabrication, finishing equipment, and commercial print shop operations.
Experience producing graphics for fleet vehicles, trailers, race cars, boats, storefronts, and commercial branding projects.
