Broadcast Engineer

4–6 years of experience in broadcast design or engineering
Hands‑on experience with Evertz 2110 design
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, with the ability to create designs from scratch
Pluses

Experience working in live broadcast or media production environments
Familiarity with control room and EVS/graphics playback system design

Insight Global is seeking a Broadcast Design Engineer to join a leading media organization onsite in Manhattan. This individual will play a key role in the design and rebuild of critical broadcast infrastructure, supporting high‑impact control room and playback environment initiatives. This individual will support vacating and redesigning Central Equipment Rooms (CER), rebuilding two broadcast control rooms, and reconstructing the EVS/Graphics playback environment.
Key Responsibilities include:

Design and develop broadcast systems and infrastructure using AutoCAD
Support the redesign and buildout of control rooms and playback environments
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to deliver high‑quality broadcast solutions
Contribute to large‑scale infrastructure projects, ensuring designs meet technical and operational requirements
