Commercial Insurance Account Manager/Inside Sales
An established insurance agency is seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Insurance Producer with a hunter mentality. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Property & Casualty insurance, a proven track record in business development, and a passion for building and maintaining strong client and broker relationships.
Responsibilities
Prospect, develop, and close new commercial insurance business opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, carriers, and referral sources.
Identify and assess client needs to recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve production goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of products, markets, and industry trends.
Represent the agency at networking and industry events to expand market presence.
Qualifications/Requirements
Proven sales experience with a focus on commercial insurance.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including professional telephone etiquette.
Consultative and solutions-oriented sales approach.
Comfortable with creative thinking and overcoming challenges.
Ability to travel within an assigned territory.
Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
Experience working with multiple carriers and managing broker relationships.
Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
