Games Partner Solutions Architect, Partner & Industry Specialists

AWS is looking for a Senior Partner Solutions Architect (PSA) with domain expertise in the Media, Entertainment, Games & Sports (MEGS) sector, specifically within the Video Games industry. The role involves shaping industry solutions across the AWS Partner Network and working with consulting and technology partners to publish and evangelize repeatable solutions.

The Senior PSA will work globally to accelerate customers’ cloud adoption in the industry, including core systems modernization, game server migration, live game operations, player data & analytics pipelines, AI/ML for games, and studio build/CI-CD automation.

Key Responsibilities

Develop top-of-funnel sales opportunities with Games industry customers.

Partner with Account SAs, Sales, Business Development and service development teams to accelerate customer adoption of partner solutions through enablement, technical architecture, and customer workshops.

Evangelize partner value propositions internally and externally with customers.

Establish AWS as the partner’s preferred cloud platform for financial services solutions and services.

Work alongside AWS Partner Development Specialists to develop executive and senior management relationships within partner organizations and act as trusted advisor.

Provide architectural guidance and recommendations to promote successful engagements with partners globally.

Assist solution providers with the definition of technical strategies that enable them to sell more of their offering on the AWS platform.

Capture and share best‑practice knowledge within the broader Solution Architect community.

Share customer feedback with internal product management and engineering teams to drive the future of AWS.

Basic Qualifications

6+ years of experience in specific technology domain areas (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics).

6+ years of design, implementation, or consulting experience in applications and infrastructures.

Bachelor’s degree.

4+ years experience working directly with Games industry customers on cloud and AI adoption, with demonstrated understanding of commercial game engines (e.g., Unreal Engine, Unity) and game development workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience presenting to C‑level executives, IT, and lines of business across organizations.

Experience working with consulting partners through solution alignment, account management, product management, program management, and business development engagements.
