Field Marketing Representative

Our cannabis brand portfolio is seeking a reliable, outgoing, and self‑motivated Field Marketing Representative to support top retail accounts throughout the Sacramento region.

This role is focused on maintaining strong retailer relationships, supporting in-store brand presence, and ensuring our brands are consistently represented at a high level in dispensaries. While Flavorade is our flagship brand, this role will also support additional brands within our portfolio, including Vuze and Sirius.

Responsibilities

Visit assigned retail accounts multiple times per month

Build and maintain relationships with budtenders, managers, and buyers

Merchandise displays, table tents, marketing materials, and shelf presence

Ensure products are properly represented across all portfolio brands

Take store photos and submit visit reports

Monitor competitor activity and provide market feedback

Support product education and brand awareness initiatives

Deliver light marketing materials and occasional promotional items/snacks

Maintain professionalism and strong communication with retail partners

Follow assigned store routes and complete visits within scheduled timelines

Qualifications

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Organized, dependable, and detail‑oriented

Comfortable working independently and managing routes

Cannabis industry experience preferred

Retail, merchandising, or brand ambassador experience is a plus

Familiarity with California dispensary environments is preferred

Must be located in the Sacramento region

$25/hour while completing in‑store visits

Mileage reimbursement provided
