Enterprise Campaign Marketing Manager

Responsibilities Own the full campaign lifecycle: strategy, execution, performance tracking, and optimization, ensuring measurable business outcomes.
Develop structured, multi‑channel campaign plans with timelines, deliverables, messaging, target audiences (ICP), and success metrics.
Define and develop account‑based (ABM) campaign strategies aligned to customer needs, industry trends, and business priorities.
Build, execute, and optimize campaigns and workflows within HubSpot, including segmentation, automation, and lifecycle management.
Create campaign content across channels (email, landing pages, case studies, sales enablement materials) ensuring tailored, relevant messaging.
Ensure all campaigns are fully built prior to launch, including messaging, automation, tracking, and reporting components.
Partner with Sales to align campaigns to key accounts, active opportunities, and revenue goals.
Provide campaign requirements for website updates and landing pages, collaborating with Brand & Digital resources.
Co‑ordinate creative assets, including video and multimedia, with internal creative teams.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance (engagement, MQLs, pipeline influenced, revenue influenced).
Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data and insights to improve effectiveness and ROI.
Support campaign‑related social media initiatives and event‑based campaigns, including promotion, on‑site engagement, and post‑event follow‑up.
Support campaign amplification through PR, media outreach, and announcements aligned to campaign messaging.
Manage awards submissions as part of brand and campaign amplification strategies.
Develop and maintain detailed campaign project plans with clear timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities aligned.
Proactively communicate risks, delays, or changes impacting campaign execution.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong project management, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
Expertise in B2B campaign strategy, demand generation, and ABM.
Excellent written and verbal communication and copywriting abilities.
Proven experience owning and executing marketing campaigns independently.
Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platform.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Data‑driven mindset for analyzing performance and driving optimization.
Self‑motivated with strong ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field required. 1 year of relevant experience may replace one year of education. Five or more years of experience in B2B marketing, campaign management, or demand generation. Proven experience owning and executing multi‑channel marketing campaigns. Experience supporting sales teams and revenue‑focused initiatives. Experience in the logistics or transportation industry preferred. Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
Competitive Compensation Expected Pay Range: $56,139.20 – $64,168.00
Full Pay Range: $56,139.20 – $88,833.00
Pay Grade: 9401(k)
