Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in influencer talent management, creator partnerships or influencer marketing

Strong relationships with lifestyle brands and influencer marketing agency contacts

Experience negotiating Instagram and TikTok campaigns required; YouTube and Pinterest experience preferred

Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

Experience managing or mentoring junior team members preferred

Remote work available, Nashville-based candidates preferred

Of Note is looking for a strategic, relationship‑driven and highly organized Talent Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for management of high‑earning creators, brand partnership development, revenue growth across a curated roster of top‑tier talent. The Talent Manager will thoughtfully guide creators through all aspects of their brand partnership business — from long‑term growth strategy and negotiation to relationship management and day‑to‑day communication. This individual will serve as both a trusted advisor to clients and a key relationship‑builder with brands and agencies, while also mentoring and leading junior team members. The ideal candidate has direct experience managing influencer talent, strong relationships in the creator industry (i.e. brands, agencies), exceptional communication skills and a deep understanding of the creator economy and social media landscape.

Responsibilities
Client Management

Thoughtfully manage all aspects of a creator’s partnership business and overall growth strategy

Develop and execute customized strategies for each client to maximize brand partnerships and long‑term revenue growth

Negotiate best‑in‑class brand partnerships and campaign terms for clients

Ensure campaigns across all clients are executed seamlessly from start to finish

Review, redline and execute contracts

Maintain strong, proactive communication with clients through bi‑weekly calls, daily email communication and ongoing relationship management

Act as a trusted advisor, advocate and support system for clients both professionally and personally

Develop, format and submit client reports as required

Brand & Relationship Development

Build authentic, long‑term relationships with brand partners and agencies to maximize opportunities for clients

Develop strategic outreach plans and proactively identify brands actively investing in creator partnerships

Conduct ongoing outreach to new brand and agency contacts to build future partnership opportunities

Participate in in‑person meetings, networking opportunities and relationship‑building conversations with industry contacts

Stay highly informed on social media trends, creator partnerships and platform developments across all major channels

Talent Recruitment & Growth

Identify and recommend prospective creator talent aligned with the Of Note roster and brands

Support conversations and outreach related to new client acquisition

Contribute to the long‑term growth and curation of the roster

Team Leadership & Management

Lead and support junior team members, including Talent Coordinators and Associate Talent Managers

Ensure junior team members understand each client’s strategy, goals and priorities

Provide guidance, mentorship and opportunities for growth across the team

Oversee organization and maintenance of client systems, databases and reporting documents

Serve as a collaborative leader during team calls, retreats and in‑person meetings

Fully remote or hybrid work schedule: In‑office Mon–Wed (East Nashville), remote Thu–Fri
