What WorkPlay Certified Creators Do
As a WorkPlay Certified Creator, you can be considered for our client brand shoots based on your location, availability, equipment, creative style, content type, and campaign needs.

WorkPlay clients are founders, entrepreneurs, brands, speakers, educators, and companies creating ongoing content for websites, launches, social media, events, courses, marketing campaigns, and brand visibility.

What WorkPlay Certified Creators Do Not Have to Do

Create the campaign strategy alone

Manage the full client relationship

Sort final selects

Edit the final gallery

Handle full post‑production

Follow creative direction and shot lists

Communicate professionally with clients and the WorkPlay team

Guide clients confidently during shoots

Stay organized and responsive

Upload content on time through the WorkPlay platform

Represent the WorkPlay standard on every shoot

Certification Process
Before taking on paid WorkPlay shoots, creators must complete the WorkPlay certification process. This includes an application, interview, skills test, and shadow shoots so our team can make sure every creator understands the WorkPlay Method, client experience, shoot standards, and platform workflow.

Why Join WorkPlay?

Fill gaps in your freelance calendar

Build your portfolio with new brands, industries, and campaign types

Stay focused on creating while WorkPlay handles the backend
