Social Media Content Creator — Part-Time Contractor

Hours: 10–15 hours per week

ABOUT ROB LAKE PRODUCTIONS

Rob Lake is a Broadway producer, theatrical illusionist, and creative director whose work has been seen in 60+ countries. Selected clients and projects include Disney, Adele, major theatrical productions, and global corporate brands.

Rob Lake Productions operates at a major live entertainment production level — designing, engineering, producing, and marketing large-scale theatrical experiences.

THE ROLE
We are building a creative social media team to develop, produce, and distribute premium content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.

This is a hands-on, production-forward role. You will be creating content in real production environments — warehouse, backstage, rehearsal, on set, and around live performances. The right candidate is excited by short-form video, live entertainment, brand storytelling, content organization, and building an audience across digital platforms.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Developing and producing short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts

Writing captions, scripts, post copy, and content concepts for an active international entertainment brand

Shooting and editing on location across production and live entertainment environments

Building and managing a content calendar across platforms

Supporting community engagement, comment management, and audience interaction

Contributing to platform strategy, campaign planning, and growth

Organizing digital assets, clips, captions, drafts, and post materials

Participating in optional paid travel for live performances and production shoots, when available

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Strong short-form video instincts — you understand, or are eager to learn, what performs on Reels, TikTok, and Shorts

Ability to write clear, compelling copy and develop original content concepts

Comfortable working on location and in active production environments

Organized, self-directed, and proactive with communication

Experience with editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci, Final Cut, Canva, or similar

Local to the Norman / Oklahoma City area

Portfolio, reel, or examples of relevant content work required
