This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to precast project delivery through BIM modeling, coordination, and documentation within a leading engineering firm.

What You Will Do

Develop BIM models for precast erection plans, components, connections, details, and piece tickets

Coordinate architectural, civil, structural, and MEP drawings and models

Prepare project documentation in accordance with company standards and processes

Support project teams by completing assigned tasks accurately and on schedule

Work under the direction of precast engineers, BIM Specialists, and BIM leadership

Assist with presentations and modeling for business development efforts

Review own work for quality and accuracy

Meet project deadlines and adhere to budgeted hours

Participate in training and professional development initiatives

Perform additional duties as assigned

What You Bring

Associate’s degree, technical degree, or equivalent industry experience required; Bachelor’s degree preferred in Architectural, Civil, Industrial, or Structural Engineering

Minimum of 8 years of experience producing precast documents required

Proficient with CAD and BIM software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Tekla

Working knowledge of office software including Microsoft Office and Bluebeam

Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to effectively work both independently and as part of a team, with strong communication skills
