Job Description

A new opportunity for a LiftSystem Integrated Program Schedule Analyst. You will support the Business Manager with schedule integration and analysis, meeting contractual standards and assisting Control Account Managers (CAMs) in preparing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), Critical Path Analysis (CPA), and Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR). In this role you will review and improve the quality of CAM schedule deliverables through the guidance and implementation of the Management Control System (MCS) and the Planning and Scheduling Guidelines (PASEG) furnished by the NDIA.
What You Will Be Doing

Perform monthly vertical and horizontal integration of program schedules to produce an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for each assigned program.
Track and maintain schedule metrics monthly such as CEI, BEI and the 12‑Point DCMA metrics.
Support the IPT/CAMs with schedule maintenance and generation of new RRC schedules as required. Produce monthly Critical Path Analysis (CPA) reports for each assigned program.
Manage and maintain Program Milestones on the Header file based on the latest contract updates (AFRs) and gain commitment acceptance from the Program Manager.
Assist Control Account Managers (CAMs) with Program Change Requests (PCRs) and Control Account Authorizations (CAAs) in the understanding of schedule impact and baseline activity.
Assist in performing Schedule Risk Assessments (SRAs) to identify and mitigate program Earned Value and Scheduling Risks by understanding histograms created by the Monte Carlo SRA tool.
Supports CAMs and the Business Manager in preparing for Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs) and DCMA/Internal System Surveillance Reviews.
Review and improve the quality of CAM schedule deliverables by following best practices from System Description, the Planning and Scheduling Guidelines (PASEG) furnished by the NDIA IPMD, and by our own work instructions.
Basic Qualifications

Associate’s degree and 4+ years of experience, OR
Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience, OR
Master’s degree or JD/PhD
In lieu of a degree, 6+ years of experience
MS Project experience
Must be a US Citizen
Preferred

At least two years of experience in project management, program scheduling, earned value management, or business operations within aerospace, defense, engineering, or other highly regulated technical environments.
Demonstrated ability to build, maintain, and analyze schedules with accuracy.
Experience supporting or producing:

Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
Critical Path Analysis (CPA)
Schedule Risk Assessments (SRA)
Control Account Management (CAM) artifacts
Monthly schedule metrics (CEI, BEI, 12‑Point DCMA metrics)

Understanding of project management principles, ideally within an Earned Value Management System (EVMS) environment supporting government programs.
Technical Skill Set

Strong data analysis capability, with comfort interpreting metrics, trends, and schedule quality indicators
Working knowledge of Monte Carlo or similar SRA tools (or familiarity with probabilistic schedule risk methods)
Understanding of DCMA schedule requirements, NDIA PASEG guidance, and Management Control Systems
Ability to integrate multiple program schedules vertically and horizontally to create an accurate IMS
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with an ability to identify schedule risks and propose mitigation strategies
Behavioral And Soft Skills

Excellent communication skills – able to explain schedule impacts to CAMs, engineers, and program leadership.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
Proactive mindset focused on schedule integrity, continuous improvement, and early identification of risks.
Confidence in interacting with internal and external stakeholders, including program managers, engineers, control account managers, and business leaders.
Ability to balance collaboration with independent analysis, especially when preparing for IBRs, surveillance reviews, and customer‑facing deliverables.
