Media & Growth Marketing (MGM) is an important part of the Marketing Center of Excellence within Disney Experiences (DX). We connect consumers to the place where dreams come true through the development of holistic, audience-focused, data-driven communication plans across offline, digital, and direct relationship channels.
We are looking for an Associate Manager, MGM Media Planning and Integration, to join our dynamic team. You will be part of a team responsible for the development of holistic, audience-centric communication plans for your assigned lines of business. You will manage the planning, forecasted spending, message integration and execution of paid media and owned channel campaign.
You will report to Manager, MGM -Media Planning & Integration.
This position is In-Person, Monday – Thursday, Remote on Friday
This is a Full-Time role.

The hiring range for this position in Anaheim, California, is $115,500.00-$154,800.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
