Territory Sales Representative - Northeast Ohio

Job Summary
The Territory Sales Representative for Nobel Biocare is responsible for achieving or exceeding sales and service goals mainly in dental clinics and/or dental laboratories within an assigned territory. The role involves effectively selling and promoting Nobel Biocare products, solutions and services to both existing and potential customers in accordance with company policies and directives.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Develop and implement a sales plan for existing and new customers; assess their needs and characteristics.

Analyze customer and territory sales trends; plan sales activities to meet monthly, quarterly and annual goals.

Maintain regular contact with existing customers to strengthen relationships and ensure satisfaction with products and services.

Identify and maintain contact with prospective customers; develop strategies to convert them to new customers.

Build relationships with key influential thought leaders to expand market share.

Maintain accurate customer files and records to provide up‑to‑date information for the organization.

Report product issues, customer loss or potential loss, and competitive strategies to management.

Stay informed on products, technologies, clinical studies, and competitive activity to inform strategies and tactics.

Understand and implement all company policies and procedures at the territory level.

Establish and maintain a consistent travel schedule aligned with the sales plan and routing strategy.

Manage the assigned geographical territory within the allocated expense budget.

Complete all administrative paperwork promptly.

Participate in national and local trade shows and company meetings as appropriate; support educational programs when customers attend.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of equivalent sales experience in lieu of education.

3+ years of B2B sales experience; dental sales or dental implant experience is a plus.

2+ years of relevant clinical experience in an oral surgery office is considered.

Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Candidate must reside within the designated territory/geography: Cleveland, Akron, Canton or Youngstown, OH.

Ability to digest, comprehend, and verbalize highly technical product and clinical information.

Professional sales skills.

Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic to intermediate computer skills.

Target Salary Range
$73,600 - $90,000
