Account Executive – Phoenix, AZ iHeartMedia is seeking a goal-driven Account Executive based in Phoenix, AZ to drive sales across our Broadcast + Digital Marketing products. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, cultivating existing business, and collaborating with internal partners to deliver compelling campaigns.
Responsibilities Learn the ins and outs of Broadcast + Digital Marketing Products.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through in‑person meetings, research, consistent daily cold‑calling, and cultivate existing business using our full suite.
Collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue, create effective marketing campaigns.
Use storytelling skills to deliver compelling sales presentations fueled by data to meet client expectations.
Qualifications Self‑motivated go‑getter with excellent relationship‑building and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent communication and persuasive speaking.
Goal‑oriented, expert negotiator, proactive.
Able to plan and multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
Comfortable with cold‑calling and outreach to prospective clients.
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a high school diploma (college degree preferred).
Skilled in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and social networking platforms.
Strong problem‑solving skills.
Digital/Media Sales experience a plus.
Organizational and prioritization abilities.
Nice‑to‑haves: experience managing complex multi‑platform campaigns, analytics experience, audio advertising background, and strong market connections.
