Leading the sales and retention strategy for Government Risk & Fraud, the full-time remote Sr. Director, Sales - Government Risk & Fraud will manage sales teams, drive revenue growth, and collaborate with marketing to enhance client acquisition and retention efforts.
Key responsibilities
Oversee top-line sales and renewal metrics for Risk & Fraud propositions sold to U.S. State and Local Government agencies
Build and lead high-performing sales and retention teams through recruitment, training, and performance management
Analyze sales data to identify trends and collaborate with marketing to develop aligned lead generation strategies
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; MBA or advanced degree preferred
10+ years of sales and retention leadership experience, preferably in the State & Local government industry
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing revenue
Experience managing distributed sales teams across multiple locations
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities
