Leading the development and implementation of market research and competitive intelligence, the full-time Associate Director of Marketing Analytics will support the US Oncology business by providing actionable insights and managing a Market Research Manager, with the opportunity to work remotely from any location within the United States.
Key responsibilities
Develop and implement primary and secondary market research to support brand strategies and optimize performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate insights that enhance marketing and sales efforts
Manage market research projects, including vendor relationships, budgets, and timelines
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field
Six years of experience in market research, forecasting, analytics, or consulting within the biopharmaceutical industry
Five years of experience in applying market research processes and working with pharmaceutical data sources
Three years of experience managing multiple projects and vendor relationships
Strong project management skills for strategic and tactical planning
