Amazon Currency Converter (ACC) is part of Amazon Payment Products, a fast-growing business with new product launches and market-leading features that enhance the payment experience for Amazon customers worldwide. ACC provides products for buyers (ACCB: Amazon Currency Converter for Buyers) and sellers (ACCS: Amazon Currency Converter for Sellers, Seller Wallet). ACCB delivers a seamless global payment solution for buyers, while ACCS and Seller Wallet provide a secure, convenient way for sellers to receive revenue from sales worldwide.
The ACC Marketing team seeks a self‑motivated and experienced Product Marketing Manager. The role involves formulating marketing strategies, managing the marketing roadmap, driving high‑quality conversions across a wide range of campaigns for global customers and sellers, and developing scalable mechanisms through marketing automation. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including Product, Design, Business Intelligence, Sales, Technology, Finance, and Legal—to drive product adoption and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute online marketing strategies to drive product adoption and customer retention.
Align strategy with cross‑functional stakeholders and business leaders.
Create, review, and elevate marketing materials such as email, website, and banner content.
Develop new metrics and targeting logic, and implement automated processes for customer targeting.
Leverage various channels and tools—email, website, social, video—to effectively communicate with target audiences.
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to uncover insights.
Document plans, performance metrics, and test results.
Drive marketing automation, process standardization, and collaboration with stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications
8+ years of professional non‑internship marketing experience.
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
Proficiency with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables).
Experience building, executing, and scaling cross‑functional marketing programs.
Experience presenting metrics and progress to senior leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using SQL or other analytical tools for data analysis.
Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting.

Salary: USD 142,800.00 – 193,200.00 annually (based on experience, qualifications, and location). The package includes sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs).
