About the Role
Home Grown Outdoor Finishes is a growing landscape, hardscape, asphalt paving, and outdoor services company serving the Lancaster‑Harrisburg region. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Marketing & Sales Coordinator to support our sales process, strengthen our marketing efforts, and help keep leads, proposals, customer communication, and brand activity moving smoothly.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of communication, organization, follow‑up, content coordination, and sales support. You will help make sure leads are responded to quickly, proposals are tracked properly, marketing activity stays consistent, and customers have a professional experience from first contact through project handoff.

Position Overview
The Marketing & Sales Coordinator supports both the sales and marketing sides of the business. This includes scheduling estimates, following up with leads and customers, assisting with proposals, updating CRM systems, coordinating marketing content, supporting social media activity, and helping the company stay visible and professional in the local market.

This is a key support role for a growing company that values responsiveness, integrity, quality, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Coordination

Schedule estimates and appointments for the sales team

Follow up with leads, proposals, and past customers

Communicate with customers to answer basic questions and provide updates

Assist with preparing, reviewing, and sending proposals and contracts

Track leads, proposals, closed projects, and customer communication in company systems

Maintain organized records in CRM systems, spreadsheets, and internal tools

Help ensure proposals are completed and delivered on time

Support the sales team with administrative coordination and customer follow‑up

Compile basic sales activity reports for internal review

Serve as a professional point of contact during the sales process

Marketing Support

Assist with planning and coordinating basic marketing activities

Help manage and update social media content across company channels

Coordinate project photos, before‑and‑after images, testimonials, and customer reviews

Assist with email marketing, customer follow‑up campaigns, and seasonal promotions

Help maintain consistent brand messaging across digital and printed materials

Support updates to website content, service pages, project galleries, and company profiles

Coordinate marketing materials such as flyers, postcards, signage, and brochures

Track marketing leads and help identify which campaigns are generating interest

Help request, organize, and publish customer reviews

Support local advertising, community promotions, and seasonal marketing campaigns

Communication & Administration

Maintain clear communication between sales, operations, and customers

Help organize project information for smooth handoff from sales to production

Keep internal systems accurate, updated, and easy to follow

Assist with customer service, inbound inquiries, and general office support

Identify opportunities to improve follow‑up, organization, and customer experience

Support the leadership team with reporting, coordination, and special projects as needed

Expectations

Leads are responded to quickly and professionally

Sales pipeline information is accurate and organized

Customer follow‑up is consistent and timely

Proposals and contracts are supported and tracked properly

Marketing content is coordinated and posted consistently

Project photos, reviews, and testimonials are collected and organized

Communication between sales, marketing, operations, and customers is clear

Customers receive a professional experience from first contact onward

Qualifications

Strong organizational and time management skills

Clear written and verbal communication skills

Experience in sales coordination, marketing coordination, customer service, or administration preferred

Comfortable using CRM systems, spreadsheets, email, and basic project tracking tools

Experience with social media posting, basic content coordination, or marketing support is a plus

Experience in landscaping, construction, home services, or a similar industry is helpful

Detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities

Professional, friendly, and customer‑focused

Ability to follow up consistently and keep information organized

Proficiency with Google Docs, Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and related tools

Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Elizabethtown, PA

Compensation & Benefits

$22-$25 per hour, based on experience

Full-time, W-2 employment

50% healthcare bonus up to $225 per month
