We're hiring a Director of Sales to lead strategy, execution, and performance across a high-impact sales team. This leader will drive revenue growth, optimize sales operations, and develop top talent—all while partnering with executive leadership to align on business priorities. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment and can balance strategic direction with day-to-day execution.
What You'll Do

Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals, driving accountability and performance against individual and team goals
Own sales strategy, forecasting, and execution to meet or exceed revenue targets
Analyze pipeline, KPIs, and sales metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
Partner with senior leadership to align sales initiatives with broader business objectives
Improve sales processes, reporting, and operational efficiencies across the division
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction
Support contract execution, negotiations, and ensure adherence to business and legal standards
Identify risks or performance challenges and implement solutions to drive results
Lead team meetings, pipeline reviews, and strategy sessions to remove obstacles and drive production
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
What You Bring

Proven ability to lead, coach, and scale high-performing sales teams
Strong business acumen with experience in forecasting, target setting, and performance management
Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and drive strategic decisions
Strong communication and leadership presence with the ability to influence across all levels
Solution-oriented approach with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
Experience in staffing, healthcare, or locum tenens preferred
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of sales leadership experience
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
