SUMMARY OF POSITION
The Vice President of Corporate Marketing is responsible for leading Perry Homes' enterprise marketing strategy and corporate brand platform across all markets. This role oversees brand stewardship, demand generation, digital and performance marketing, CRM/lifecycle marketing, content, creative, marketing operations, analytics, and field marketing alignment to strengthen brand relevance, improve lead quality, increase customer engagement, and support business growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic, data-driven marketing executive with strong residential homebuilding, real estate, consumer brand, or multi-market experience; proven success leading high-performing teams; and the ability to translate enterprise strategy into market-level execution.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and lead the corporate marketing strategy aligned with Perry Homes' growth objectives, sales priorities, customer experience goals, and long-term brand positioning.

Own and steward the Perry Homes brand, ensuring consistent messaging, visual identity, tone, and customer experience across all markets, communities, campaigns, collateral, websites, signage, and communication channels.

Lead integrated marketing planning across paid, owned, and earned channels, including digital advertising, SEO/SEM, social media, content, email/CRM, events, print, direct mail, public relations, and sales enablement.

Drive demand generation and customer acquisition strategies that improve lead volume, lead quality, conversion, pipeline visibility, and return on marketing investment.

Partner closely with Sales, Customer Experience, IT, Finance, Operations, and field/divisional leaders to align corporate marketing strategy with market-specific business needs, community launches, inventory priorities, and buyer insights.

Oversee marketing analytics, campaign measurement, attribution, dashboards, budget tracking, and executive reporting; use data to identify trends, optimize performance, and guide decision-making.

Lead the marketing technology roadmap, including CRM, marketing automation, website performance, content platforms, AI-enabled tools, and process improvements that increase speed, quality, personalization, and operational efficiency.

Guide consumer research, competitive intelligence, segmentation, market positioning, and customer journey insights to inform brand strategy, campaign planning, product messaging, and market activation.

Manage and develop a high-performing team across corporate marketing disciplines such as brand, creative, digital, media, social, content, marketing operations, analytics, and sales support.

Provide leadership, coaching, performance management, and professional development to marketing team members while building a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and service.

Manage external agencies, media partners, vendors, influencers, and strategic partners to ensure quality work, brand alignment, cost discipline, and measurable business outcomes.

Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, evaluate agency and media spend, and ensure marketing investments support business priorities and deliver measurable results.

Ensure marketing materials and campaigns meet brand standards, advertising guidelines, data privacy expectations, and applicable company policies.

Stay current on homebuilding, real estate, consumer, digital, media, technology, and marketing trends to identify new opportunities and innovative approaches.

Prepare and present marketing strategies, business reviews, performance insights, and recommendations to executive leadership with polish, clarity, and sound business judgment.

Frequently complete projects on short notice and within time-sensitive business cycles while maintaining a high level of decorum and professionalism.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position directly supervises personnel in the Corporate Marketing department.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree with concentration in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or related field preferred; MBA or advanced degree a plus.

Requires 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including significant senior-level marketing leadership and people management experience.

Experience in residential homebuilding, real estate development, consumer products/services, multi-location retail, or another consumer-facing, multi-market environment preferred.

Proven track record developing and executing brand, digital, performance marketing, customer acquisition, CRM/lifecycle, and integrated campaign strategies that deliver measurable business results.

Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and inspire multi-disciplinary teams and to work effectively with field/divisional leaders and executive stakeholders.

Strong analytical and business acumen with experience translating marketing data, customer insights, funnel performance, and ROI metrics into actionable recommendations.

Experience managing marketing budgets, agency/vendor relationships, media plans, creative production, and digital marketing investments.

Knowledge of modern marketing platforms and tools, including CRM, marketing automation, web analytics, digital advertising platforms, social media management, and reporting/dashboard tools preferred.

Polished executive presence with strong presentation, written communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Current, valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record.

WORK AVAILABILITY

Regular, predictable attendance is an essential function of this position.

Must be regularly available and willing to work at least full workdays from Monday through Friday and such other hours as the Company determines are necessary or desirable to meet business needs.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
While performing the duties of this job, the employee typically works in an air‑conditioned office environment; however, on occasion, the employee must go outside the office and may be in non‑air‑conditioned environments for short periods of time.
