We’re looking for a talented Part-Time Video Editor to help us create compelling video ads that drive conversions on platforms like Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and YouTube.
Job Responsibilities:

Edit and produce engaging, high-converting video ads tailored for Meta, YouTube, and other paid media platforms.
Incorporate motion graphics, text overlays, and dynamic effects to enhance viewer engagement.
Optimize video content for A/B testing and performance improvements.
Maintain a consistent brand aesthetic while experimenting with new creative concepts.
Work closely with our marketing team to understand campaign goals and iterate based on performance data.
Source and incorporate UGC (User-Generated Content) and stock footage as needed.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital advertising.
Qualifications:

Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and attention-grabbing techniques for digital ads.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience editing UGC-style content is a big plus.
Knowledge of direct-response marketing and ad optimization is a bonus.
