About the Role (NY or SF)
This is a founding content marketing lead role reporting directly to the VP of Marketing. You'll own content strategy and execution from zero to one, building out positioning, campaigns, and the strategic direction for how the company invests its marketing efforts. You'll be strategic but also hands-on, executing content across case studies, webinars, blogs, social, and video. The role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, with a junior content person supporting you on production tasks.

What You'll Own

Own content strategy and positioning across all channels: LinkedIn, case studies, video, Instagram, and social

Create and execute content campaigns that resonate with researchers and show how the product helps them do better work

Interview customers and translate insights into compelling B2B content and narratives

Build and manage the content calendar, making strategic decisions on which channels and formats to prioritize based on prior success

Work with product marketing and events teams to align messaging and turn successful campaigns into repeatable playbooks

Test and scale new content formats including video, webinars, and social-first content

Must-Have Requirements

8+ years in B2B SaaS content strategy, product marketing, editorial, or brand storytelling roles

Track record of owning content strategy end-to-end at a startup or high-growth company

Comfort across multiple content mediums including video, case studies, blogs, and social platforms

High ownership mentality and ability to make strategic decisions on content direction without a playbook

Nice-to-Have

Experience starting content from zero at an early-stage startup or building something from the ground up

Strong personal brand or experience as a social media creator

Passion for the B2B SaaS space and proven ability to grow an audience or build credibility in a vertical

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $120,000–$160,000 depending on experience

10% performance bonus (OTE: $132K–$176K)
