Regional Supervisor, OnSite Operations - San Antonio, TX

General Description
Responsible for the day-to-day performance of all OnSite Specialists in the region, including customer engagement and collaboration with Sales to strengthen and build the OnSite business.

Essential Functions

Supervises OnSite Specialists directly. Supervisory duties include selection of new employees, performance evaluations, career development, authorizing time cards, assigning overtime, and corrective actions.

Coaching, developing, and leading all Specialists throughout the assigned territory.

Partner with Endoscopy sales reps to drive support for Specialists, strong customer engagement and growth of the ProCare business.

Interact with customers (Administrators and Clinicians) regarding the performance of OnSite Specialists.

Assist in the implementation of new accounts with a primary focus on Specialist performance.

Responsible for interviewing and overall talent acquisition.

Responsible for monthly reports to Associate Managers, OnSite Operations and to Regional Manager on region performance/activity/HC.

Enforce on-time completion of SLMS assignments for all Specialists.

Responsible for working with Field Enablement Team to ensure sick days, vacation days and leaves are covered.

Monitors employee attendance.

Responsible for writing performance and merit reviews.

Adheres to all policies and procedures in the Sales code of conduct.

Works with Associate Managers and OnSite Operations to gain understanding of Regional PL.

Up to 75% travel (including overnight).

Qualifications / Requirements

Operating Room experience in a services-related account for at least 1 year desired.

5+ years tenure with Stryker ProCare or related field desired.

3 years of prior management experience preferred.

B.A. or B.S. in business with emphasis in marketing or related discipline preferred.

Medium work: Exerting up to 60 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds constantly.

Must be able to review printed materials.

Must be able to use computer programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Must have Stryker VPN access.

Must be able to use I-Expense for expense reporting.

Must be able to communicate with large groups of people.

Must be able to communicate telephonically.

Must be able to use common office equipment (calculator, PC, fax).

Must be able to generate and explain detailed forecasts, guidelines and procedures.

Must observe and correct minute inconsistencies such as printed word or product appearance.

Salary
USN: $69,500 – $110,900 USD annual.
