This is how you'll help us succeed
What You Will Work On

You will work on helping to update both our internal and external documentation, which includes QRGs, SOPs, Developer documentation, and Release Notes. We have an extensive library of product support documentation that needs to be updated as we roll out new functionality.

How You Will Work

You will work in Jira and Confluence to gather information to make documentation updates. When you are unable to find information through these tools, you’ll interview SMEs within the engineering and product teams to understand feature functionality in order update our documentation. You’ll also build AI prompts to help automate documentation tasks whenever possible.

Applicants for this role will have:

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, Professional Writing, English, or a related field

Writing samples from coursework or prior work that demonstrates the ability to communicate clearly and professionally

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and grammar

Demonstrated experience translating complex technical content into clear, easy-to-consume end‑user documentation

Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment

Curiosity about technology and a willingness to learn the fundamentals of payments and fintech

Experience authoring prompts for AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) to support content creation, documentation workflows, or quality review

Prior internship or project experience in a technology or financial services environment is a plus
