About the Role
Farmville Newsmedia, LLC is looking for high‑achieving sales professionals to join our growing team in the Heart of Virginia. As a Multimedia Marketing Consultant, you will help local businesses grow by selling advertising across our diverse portfolio, including three newspapers, magazines, digital websites, and our full-service marketing agency.

What You’ll Do

Consultative Selling: Identify local business needs and recommend tailored marketing programs.

Prospecting: Actively seek out new clients and build lasting professional relationships.

Hustle: Work in a fast‑paced environment to meet and exceed sales goals.

Who You Are

An energetic, optimistic self‑starter who thrives in a competitive market.

A strong communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.

Tech‑savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT), Adobe Acrobat, and Google Apps.

A quick learner with an interest in the retail and service sectors.

Compensation & Benefits

Earnings: Base salary plus commission. $25k–$50k+ annually (based on performance).

Growth: Clear path to management for top performers.

Benefits: Full package including health insurance, paid vacation, 401(k), and complimentary disability insurance.

Schedule: M–F, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. though self‑stagers will choose to work extra to maximize their earnings through increased sales.
