Overview
OneDigital is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to service existing clients and develop new client relationships. The role focuses on client success, satisfaction, and growth.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring client success and satisfaction.
Process new and renewal business, endorsement requests, proofs of insurance, and review policies for accuracy and relevance.
Correspond professionally with insurance companies and clients to update, obtain, or verify necessary account information.
Answer client and underwriting questions accurately and promptly.
Assist with claims processing and marketing activities when applicable.
Stay informed about new coverages and products to support client needs.
Seek opportunities for new sales and cross‑sell initiatives during client interactions.
Enroll in annual continuing education and pursue personal and professional development projects.
Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by the Team Manager.
Qualifications and Skills
Preferred: current Property and Casualty Insurance License (OneDigital will assist with licensing for the right applicant).
High school diploma, two years of college, or two years of experience in the insurance industry.
Experience with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
Strong respect for confidentiality and attention to detail.
Excellent time‑management, written, and oral communication skills.
Ability to understand and analyze insurance coverages, forms, and policies.
Compensation and Benefits
The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $50,000 to $60,000 per year, dependent on skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. Variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus may also be available based on individual or company performance. Eligible employees receive health, well‑being, retirement, and other financial benefits, paid time off, overtime pay for non‑exempt employees, and robust learning and development programs. Job‑related expenses are reimbursed per company policy.
