Help define product positioning, messaging, and launch strategy for climbing related features and products

Build strong feedback loops between climbers, testers, athletes, and engineering teams

Recruit and manage climbing athletes, ambassadors, and testers

Translate real world climbing experience into actionable product feedback and feature priorities

Work closely with product managers and engineers on feature development and prioritization

Help shape athlete storytelling, educational content, and campaign direction within climbing

Build relationships with climbers, creators, photographers, filmmakers, gyms, events, and outdoor communities

Monitor trends, competitors, and opportunities within climbing and outdoor technology

Support field testing, launch planning, events, and climbing related marketing activations

The Candidate

You understand climbing culture, gear, media, and athlete behavior authentically

You have strong product instincts and can clearly explain what works, what does not, and what is missing

You have strong instincts around storytelling, positioning, and athlete communication

You communicate clearly and can work effectively across marketing, product, and engineering teams

You are comfortable operating in an emerging category where there is no established playbook. You are excited to explore, experiment, and help define what great looks like for the future of climbing wearables and outdoor technology

You are naturally curious about technology, wearables, GPS devices, performance data, and outdoor tools

Experience within the climbing or outdoor industry is strongly preferred

Experience with product marketing, sports marketing, athlete management, content production, or wearables is a strong plus

Location
Colorado, California, or Washington preferred. This role requires coordination with our team in China, so flexibility with timezone overlap is important.
