Leveraging proprietary methodology and best-of-breed technology, the analytics team transforms decision-making and embeds analytics into business processes. They have a global footprint of 2,000+ data scientists and analysts who assist client organizations with risk minimization, marketing, pricing and CRM strategies, internal cost analysis, and cost and resource optimization across industries including insurance.
Responsibilities Serve as the primary interface between senior client management and internal senior leadership.
Work directly with client leadership and enable translation of business problems into analytics solution designs.
Provide thought leadership and deliver business insights to identify and resolve complex issues critical to the client’s success.
Consult clients in the insurance business across the analytical lifecycle including sales and marketing analytics, customer analytics, and claims analytics.
Lead entire engagement with project teams of 5–10 members.
Play a critical role in defining the problem, structuring the solution, and executing against it.
Own project execution with on-time delivery, ensuring all project goals are met.
Reformulate highly technical information into concise, understandable terms.
Present evaluation, results, and recommendations to clients’ senior managers and executives.
Actively contribute to business development by attracting, hiring, retaining, and developing a diverse and qualified staff.
Qualifications Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Data analytics, Computer Engineering, Math, Statistics, Economics or related analytics field from top-tier universities with a strong record of achievement.
6+ years of experience in advanced analytics, AI/ML methodologies, service delivery, consulting, solution design, and client management.
Solid understanding of the insurance domain and analytics concepts (basics of data science, data engineering, business intelligence).
Good understanding of marketing analytics domain is desirable.
Working knowledge of SQL, Python, Tableau.
Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP is a plus.
Excellent listening, written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Good problem-solving skills, keen intellectual curiosity, strong attention to detail, and drive.
