Program Supervisor – Youth Residential Programs
What you’ll do:

Oversee daily operations, performance, and compliance of the youth residential program you lead.

Prioritize tasks for youth care specialists, communicate proactively, and eliminate obstacles to deliver best care for the youth.

Serve as liaison with internal and external stakeholders.

Work in a hybrid model, alternating 12‑hour shifts.

Starting pay range: $55‑58k annually.

Full‑time benefits and 3 weeks paid time off (PTO) in the first year plus 10 paid holidays.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in health or human services).

Supervisory experience preferred; experience in leadership or management roles (project management, coordination, training).

Minimum three years of experience working with residential youth programs or related field.

Valid driver’s license and meet all credentialing, licensing, and privileging standards for the program.

Pass a drug screening test and extensive background check.
