Senior Video and Content Creator

Job Summary
The Video Creator is a full-time AI-forward creative force responsible for producing high-impact video content that elevates Elbit America’s brand and communicates mission‑critical capabilities with clarity and credibility. This role operates at the intersection of storytelling, technology, and strategy—building visual narratives that build trust with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities and Tasks

Lead end-to-end content production aligned to Brand Strategy

Develop brand films, product videos, executive communications, and digital content

Collaborate with Brand Strategy, Marketing, and technical teams

Execute videography including lighting, audio, and multi‑camera shoots

Perform post-production editing, motion graphics, and color grading

Ensure brand consistency and compliance with security protocols

Work with vendors and external production partners when required

Maintain media asset organization and workflows

Authorities

Creative ownership of assigned video projects

Input into creative standards and production workflows

Business Relationships
Collaborates with Brand Strategy, Enterprise Communications, Strategic Marketing, Divisions, internal programs and functions and Executive Leadership across the enterprise.

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Design or related field preferred

5+ years of professional video production experience

Experience in technology or defense preferred

Skills and Abilities

Advanced Adobe Creative Suite proficiency

AI creative tool experience

Strong storytelling and visual narrative skills

Motion graphics and animation capability

Ability to translate technical concepts into visual content

Strong project management and organizational skills

High attention to detail and accountability

Travel/Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and set up production equipment.
