The Legacy Hotel is seeking a dynamic and creative Brand Manager to serve as the steward of our brand identity across all channels. In this pivotal role, you will shape how guests, partners, and the community experience and perceive The Legacy Hotel, from our social media presence and digital platforms to our curated retail offerings and local partnerships. This is an exceptional opportunity for a marketing professional who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, strategy, and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Digital & Social Media Management
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across all platforms to grow brand awareness and guest engagement.
Create, curate, and schedule compelling content including photography, video, and copywriting that reflects the hotel's voice and aesthetic.
Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers, reviews, and online conversations to maintain a positive and authentic brand presence.
Manage the hotel's website content, ensuring accuracy, visual appeal, and SEO performance in collaboration with web vendors.
Plan and oversee paid digital advertising campaigns, including social media ads, Google Ads, and retargeting efforts.
Track and analyze digital performance metrics (engagement, reach, traffic, conversions) and provide regular reporting with actionable insights for both pre‑ and post‑stay experience.
Oversee email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and automated guest communication sequences.
Retail Management & Branded Merchandise
Oversee the development, sourcing, and curation of The Legacy Hotel's branded retail product line, including apparel, accessories, home goods, and locally inspired gifts.
Manage retail inventory, pricing strategy, and vendor relationships to ensure quality, profitability, and brand alignment.
Collaborate with the front desk, concierge, and housekeeping teams to create meaningful in‑room and lobby retail touchpoints.
Explore and launch e‑commerce opportunities for branded merchandise, expanding the hotel's revenue streams beyond on‑site sales.
Coordinate seasonal product launches and limited‑edition collaborations to drive excitement and revenue.
Local Partnerships & Community Engagement
Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with local businesses, artisans, restaurants, cultural institutions, and tourism organizations.
Negotiate co‑marketing agreements, cross‑promotional opportunities, and exclusive packages that add value to the guest experience.
Represent The Legacy Hotel at community events, networking gatherings, and tourism industry functions.
Collaborate with partners to produce joint content, events, and experiences that strengthen the hotel's local identity.
Build and maintain a local ambassador or influencer network to amplify brand reach within the region.
Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management
Develop and manage the annual marketing calendar, aligning campaigns with hotel events, seasons, local happenings, and revenue goals.
Lead the creation of all marketing collateral including brochures, signage, menus, event materials, and press kits.
Coordinate logistics for photography projects including scheduling shot lists and logistical requirements
Assist the DOSM in managing PR and media relations, including press inquiries, journalist hosting, and coordination of editorial placements.
Oversee influencer and content creator partnerships, including vetting, contracting, briefing, and performance review.
Collaborate with the sales and events teams to develop group, wedding, and corporate marketing strategies.
Assist the DOSM with managing the marketing budget with accountability for ROI across all channels and campaigns.
Uphold and evolve The Legacy Hotel brand standards, ensuring visual and tonal consistency across every guest touchpoint.
On‑Property Venues
The Legacy Hotel will feature four distinctive dining and event experiences:

Strong, high‑end restaurant leadership experience is essential.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role; hospitality experience strongly preferred.
Demonstrated expertise in social media strategy, content creation, and digital advertising platforms.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for design and brand aesthetics.
Experience with retail buying, product development, or merchandise management is a plus.
Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite/Later, WordPress, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms.
