Sr. Designer

Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Designer based in the San Francisco Bay Area, with a balance of remote work and in-office collaboration. The Senior Designer will lead design projects from concept through execution, ensuring that creative visions align with clients' objectives. Responsibilities include creating design presentations, generating technical drawings, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with project schedules and budgets. The role also involves mentoring junior designers and actively contributing innovative ideas to achieve outstanding design solutions.

Qualifications

Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite

Strong skills in visual storytelling, conceptual design, and rendering techniques

Experience in technical detailing, construction documentation, and project coordination

Proven ability to develop creative, functional, and sustainable workplace solutions

Exceptional communication skills for collaboration with clients, team members, and stakeholders

Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience mentoring and supervising team members

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field

LEED accreditation and knowledge of sustainable design practices are a plus

Familiarity with navigating and complying with building codes and regulations
