The Role
We are seeking a highly organized, execution‑focused Marketing Coordinator to help drive accountability, communication, and operational excellence across all marketing initiatives. This is not an entry‑level role. The ideal candidate brings experience coordinating marketing programs, managing vendors, tracking budgets and performance metrics, and supporting multiple concurrent projects in a fast‑paced environment.
This role serves as a key connector between internal stakeholders, agency partners, vendors, and field operations. Success requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, business acumen, creativity, and the ability to keep projects moving from concept through execution.
The Marketing Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting brand growth, community engagement, clinic expansion efforts, digital marketing initiatives, and operational marketing effectiveness across MEC’s growing footprint.
What You’ll Own
Marketing Operations & Project Coordination
Coordinate marketing initiatives from planning through execution
Attend marketing meetings, document key decisions, track action items, and ensure timely follow‑up
Maintain project timelines and communicate status updates to stakeholders
Identify roadblocks and proactively elevate risks or delays
Support cross‑functional marketing projects involving operations, clinical leadership, recruiting, and executive teams
Help improve marketing processes, organization, and accountability
Vendor & Agency Management
Serve as a primary liaison between MEC leadership and marketing agencies, vendors, and external partners
Track agency deliverables, timelines, and performance expectations
Monitor vendor accountability against agreed‑upon goals and KPIs
Coordinate recurring agency meetings and follow‑up communications
Assist with vendor onboarding, contracts, and invoice tracking
Budget & Performance Tracking
Monitor marketing budgets and spending across multiple initiatives
Review invoices and maintain accurate expense tracking
Support budget forecasting and reporting
Track and report key marketing metrics, campaign performance, and vendor results
Maintain marketing dashboards and KPI scorecards
Help evaluate return on investment across marketing programs
Brand Management & Clinic Experience
Support maintenance and evolution of MEC brand standards
Assist with clinic branding refresh projects and signage initiatives
Maintain clinic look books and marketing asset libraries
Ensure brand consistency across marketing materials and clinic locations
Participate in marketing audits and reputation management initiatives
Events & Community Outreach
Coordinate field marketing activities, community outreach events, grand openings, and local partnerships
Assist with event planning, logistics, vendor coordination, and execution
Support internal marketing initiatives tied to new services, provider launches, and clinic growth efforts
Track event outcomes and marketing impact
Digital Marketing & Content Support
Support social media content planning and execution
Assist with video production, photography coordination, and content creation
Coordinate marketing asset development with internal teams and external partners
Support SEO, Google Ads, digital advertising, and online reputation initiatives
Assist with AI‑enabled marketing workflows and content generation processes
Analytics & Reporting
Maintain marketing dashboards and reporting tools
Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Monitor online reviews, reputation metrics, and patient engagement trends
Prepare recurring reports for leadership review
Ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
3+ years of marketing coordination, marketing operations, project coordination, or related experience
Experience working with marketing agencies, vendors, or external partners
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Strong organizational and follow‑through skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Experience tracking budgets, invoices, or project expenses
Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities
Preferred
Healthcare, multi‑site retail, franchise, or consumer services experience
Experience with project management platforms
Understanding of SEO, Google Ads, digital marketing, and marketing analytics
Experience supporting social media, content creation, or video production
Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
Experience utilizing AI tools to improve marketing efficiency and execution
What Success Looks Like
Improve visibility and accountability across all active marketing projects
Ensure agency and vendor deliverables are tracked and executed on time
Maintain accurate marketing budget and spend tracking
Improve marketing KPI reporting and performance visibility
Support successful execution of clinic openings, service launches, and community events
Help strengthen MEC’s brand consistency and patient engagement efforts
Create scalable processes that improve marketing organization and execution
Compensation
The expected salary range for this position is $70,000‑75,000 depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
