POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving new client acquisition, expanding existing client relationships, and identifying strategic opportunities for PWX Solutions. This position requires a results-driven individual who can translate market insights into actionable plans, cultivate high-level relationships, and align solutions with client needs. This individual will work cross-functionally across departments and leadership to execute strategic initiatives and to ensure revenue targets are met or exceeded.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, clients, partnerships, and service offerings

Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and successfully convert them into long-term clients

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and aligning solutions accordingly

Craft and deliver compelling pitches and proposals that clearly communicate value propositions

Attend industry events and conferences to expand the company’s presence and stay informed on market trends

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives

Track, analyze, and report on pipeline progress, sales forecasts, and performance metrics to leadership

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within marketing services, publishing, media, or related industries

Ability to quickly learn and effectively articulate PWX Solutions’ service offerings and value proposition

Strong understanding of sales cycles, lead generation strategies, and client relationship management

Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently

Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office applications

Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach
