Program Overview
We believe in developing talent and helping to create the leaders of tomorrow. One way we do this is through our Student Associate Program. This program is designed to create real, valuable opportunities for undergraduate and graduate students to learn, grow, and explore MSG Entertainment, MSG Sports, and Sphere. As a Student Associate, you will gain valuable experience that will be applicable throughout your career. While participating in the Student Associate Program, students will have the opportunity to work with our employees to get a full understanding of the business. We also provide additional learning and development opportunities through an executive speaker series, mentorship program, career development workshops, and other social events.

What You Will Do
As a Student Associate, you will work closely with experienced professionals in one of the roles listed above, contributing to day‑to‑day operations, production support, creative content creation, and event execution. You will apply your skills, learn new technologies, and engage in problem‑solving using a variety of tools and techniques.

Knowledge & Skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi‑task and prioritize.

Excellent written and verbal communication with various levels, internal or external.

Passion for the entertainment, sports, and media industry.

Professional conduct and alignment with the company’s values, culture, and policies.

Self‑motivation and desire to take responsibility for personal growth and career development.

Willingness to learn new technologies and support research, analysis, and problem‑solving.

Requirements

Must be available to work 21–35 hours per week (3–5 business days) in‑person.

Must be available to work part‑time or full‑time from October 2026 – April 2027.

Must be enrolled as a junior, senior, or graduate student for Fall 2026.

Must have a GPA of 3.2 or above.

Provide exceptional experiences for our guests, partners, and team members, including by adhering to our appearance and presentation guidelines while on‑site.

Hourly Pay Range

$22.50 — $28.50 USD
