Role Summary
The Brand Designer at Winixx owns the visual identity of our brands — ensuring that Winixx Freight, fleetOS, and Baron Meddy Financial look and feel distinctive, professional, and consistent across every touchpoint. You will bring the Winixx brand to life through marketing assets, sales materials, event design, and digital experiences.

What You'll Do

Develop and maintain visual brand guidelines for Winixx and its product lines

Design marketing collateral including pitch decks, one-pagers, social assets, email templates, and event materials

Create visual identities for new products and campaigns as the Winixx portfolio expands

Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to produce on-brand creative assets at a high cadence

Ensure brand consistency across all external-facing materials from sales decks to merchandise

Design tradeshow and event booth experiences and branded materials

Work with the product design team to ensure brand alignment between marketing and product

Build and maintain a brand asset library that the whole team can access

What We're Looking For

4+ years of brand design or graphic design experience

Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity work, marketing design, and visual system development

Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop

Experience developing and maintaining brand guidelines and design systems

Strong typographic sensibility and attention to visual detail

Ability to work at pace across multiple concurrent design requests

Experience in B2B, technology, or industrial brand design is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
