We’re looking for a proactive, relationship-driven
Client Services Manager
to help lead client communication, support recruiting efforts, and keep searches moving smoothly.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the hiring process
Lead kickoff calls, search updates, and strategic hiring conversations
Partner closely with recruiters to keep searches aligned and moving quickly
Help recalibrate searches when market conditions or candidate feedback shift
Build strong relationships and identify future hiring opportunities
1+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, client services, or account management
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Comfortable in fast-paced, client-facing environments
Experience in agency recruiting is a big plus
Must live in the DMV area for occasional client visits and events
OTE:
$95K – $105K
$200/month health stipend
$50/month phone stipend
3 weeks PTO + birthday off
