Web/PHP Developer

Key responsibilities

Lead the development of

Craft CMS

websites from structured content models to pixel perfect front-end implementation

Build and maintain custom modules, plugins, and third-party API integrations

Collaborate with designers, strategists, and fellow developers to translate complex requirements into elegant solutions

Ensure high standards of code quality, performance, and maintainability

Review code, share knowledge, and help raise the technical bar across theteam

Stay up to date with Craft CMS , PHP , and front-end best practices

Participate in planning, estimations, and technical decision-making

Prioritise usability, accessibility, and clarity in every feature you build

Requirements

Strong experience with

Craft CMS

,

Twig , and

PHP

Experience with

custom module development ,

API integrations , and

content modelling

Familiarity with

Git

and deployment tools like

Laravel Valet

or

Docker

Comfortable working in acollaborative, fast-moving environment

Clear communication and awillingness to take ownership
