I'm bringing on one sharp shooter/editor to help scale the next phase of Ponce & Co. and our creator clients. If you live in Premiere or CapCut, breathe pacing, and can run a camera as well as you cut, you'll fit right in.

You'd be working across creator brands, founders, and entertainment projects. Fast turnaround. High creative bar. Zero hand-holding. If you can build rhythm; add narrative punch; and know when to cut early, this is your playground. And when the shoot calls for it, you're the one behind the lens making the footage worth cutting.

Looking for

Premiere Pro or CapCut fluency with a signature touch

Camera fluency; you can light, frame, and shoot clean without a crew

Comfort with run-and-gun and controlled setups alike; mirrorless, gimbal, audio

Pacing that feels musical; you treat the timeline like a drum kit

Ability to take a project from raw chaos to final export without babysitting

Speed that never sacrifices emotion; fast cuts with a heartbeat behind them

Nice to have

You've edited or shot for creators or brands

You understand hooks, retention curves and can reverse-engineer why a video pops

You can build motion graphics that feel intentional instead of flashy

You know how to pull story out of chaos, whether it's messy footage or a messy set

You shoot with the edit already in your head; you capture coverage you'll actually use

You're comfortable juggling multiple clients without dropping quality

You can pitch better hooks than the ones you're given
