What You'll Do Hunt net-new logos and build pipeline
Own deals from first touch to close
Sell software tied to readiness, compliance, and performance
Run discovery with training, operations, and compliance leaders
Lead demos, proposals, follow-up, and close plans
Work multi-stakeholder deals in complex buying cycles
Represent our client at conferences and industry events
Must-Haves Proven B2B SaaS closing success
Clear history of quota attainment
Strong hunter mentality
Full-cycle new-logo sales experience
Able to sell complex solutions
U.S.-based and able to travel occasionally
Nice To Have Energy industry sales experience
Compliance or regulated-market sales experience
LMS, training tech, or workforce software experience
Success in private equity-backed environments
