divh2Member Engagement Analyst III/h2pThe Member Engagement Analyst III is responsible for contributing to the overall support of Member Services programs by coordinating processes and procedures associated with benefits and retention./ph3Essential Functions:/h3ulliServe as a liaison for Value Added Services/Benefits, member incentives and rewards programs/liliSupports member and community advisory committee meetings, including in rural communities if applicable, and Consumer Council Meetings (external)/liliSupports the implementation and data analysis of member engagement and retention strategies, leveraging data/intel to improve retention and support member growth/liliServe on internal teams to determine that drive engagement and retention while leveraging incentive/rewards and coordinating with vendors to implement work with various internal groups to share personas (behaviors/attitudes)/liliFacilitate and manage workgroups to collect and document retention initiatives/liliFacilitate/promote problem identification, analysis and resolution of issues associated with data collection and evaluation for retention and incentives/liliCollaborate with business owners to share insights and drive market and product improvement plans; manage and report out to the business quarterly/liliEnsure that contractual requirements are met associated with Member Rights, member communication and retention efforts/liliMonitor all regulatory requirements and policies and procedures/liliSupport the implementation of community programs with population health goals and compliance with contractual requirements/liliIf assigned to NV market, responsible for administration of the Cultural Competency Program and Plan to ensure care and services to members are delivered in a culturally competent manner/liliLiaises and collaborates external partners and stakeholders, and internal business owners to manage communication and deliverables/liliEvaluate and trend complaint data and recommend and implement solutions to strengthen the program and mitigate member disenrollment/liliAnalyze data and identify trends monthly to ensure company and state regulator expectations are met/liliPerform any other job duties as requested/li/ulh3Education and Experience:/h3ulliBachelor of Science/Arts in a Business-related field or equivalent years of relevant work experience is required/liliA minimum of three (3) years of Medicaid health insurance, healthcare and/or managed care experience is required/liliExperience with and empathy for the low-income demographic is required/liliExperience working cross-functionally and demonstrated ability to execute initiatives primarily through influencing other stakeholders is required/li/ulh3Competencies, Knowledge and Skills:/h3ulliAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio/liliStrong data analysis and trending skills/liliStrong team and staff development skills/liliStrong collaboration and conflict resolution skill sets/liliAbility to build relationships/collaborate and influence at all levels/liliStrong process and analytical skills with the ability to articulate and define outcome measures that capture key performance metrics/liliAbility to work in a fast-paced environment/liliAttention to detail/liliAbility to develop, prioritize and accomplish goals/time management/liliStrong decision making and problem-solving skills/liliExceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to present information in a variety of different formats to all levels/liliStrong interpersonal skills high level of professionalism/liliAbility to work independently and within a team environment/liliEffective active listening and critical thinking skills/liliDisplay a customer service, member-focused orientation/li/ulh3Licensure and Certification:/h3ulliTo help protect our employees, members, and the communities we serve from acquiring communicable diseases, Influenza vaccination is a requirement of this position. In addition to base compensation, you may qualify for a bonus tied to company and individual performance.
