Account Executive - Off Price

Overview
Position Title: Account Executive - Off Price

Position Purpose: Leads in managing and growing sales of existing and new off price accounts.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Off Price Sales Team to set strategies to liquidate excess product and increase sales of up-front business.

Work with buyers on seasonal plans and ensure selling of styles that optimize profitability for Guess? and off price accounts.

Optimize opportunities for produced styles by coordinating with the internal production department to hit target prices and maintain profitability without compromising quality.

Develop new opportunities within the Off Price market and manage product mix across multiple brands within the same account.

Partner with the Off Price Sales Team to process production requests and execute special development.

Maintain a daily recap of all bookings and related margin by account; manage shipping status to ensure orders are delivered and invoiced timely; resolve shipment issues.

Lead the Off Price Team on daily operations and special projects; analyze on-order status to ensure divisions meet target shipping goals and identify additional sales opportunities.

Update monthly sales reports; review profitability based on shipments; forecast future shipments and troubleshoot on-order issues.

Provide a month-end sales briefing and resolve issues by collaborating with Management, Buyers, and Production partners.

Organize, lead, and present seasonal collections to buyers that reflect current market trends and company vision; plan and merchandise product line presentations during market week; sell collections based on ranking sheets and projections.

Review orders with Management and communicate callouts, requests, and opportunities to the accounts.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree

The division manages all US sales for our wholesale business, including apparel for men, women, and kids through a variety of retail customers including ecommerce, department and specialty stores. Wholesale is essential because it adds brand recognition beyond the Guess?, Inc. stores by increasing visibility and driving revenue. In the competitive fashion market, the wholesale division ensures our brand stands out with a carefully curated selection of product. The fast-paced and ever-changing nature of this department requires a versatile individual with a strong understanding of product, business analytics, and the retail market.

Salary and Benefits
Salary Minimum: $110,000.00

Salary Maximum: $125,000.00

Base salary will be determined on various factors, including market data, internal equity, relevant background, and experience for the specified role.
