Role & responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets for PVC Pipes (cPVC, uPVC, HDPE,Plastic Water Storage Solutions).
Identify new market opportunities, including institutional, retail, and project-based sales.
Drive volume growth through channel partners, distributors, and direct sales.
Channel Development & Management
Appoint, train, and manage distributors, dealers, and retailers across regions.
Strengthen distribution network penetration in existing and new territories.
Ensure effective inventory management and product availability in the market.
Key Account Management
Build and maintain relationships with key customers, contractors, builders, and government bodies.
Handle large project sales and institutional clients.
Marketing & Brand Building
Plan and execute marketing campaigns (ATL/BTL activities) to enhance brand visibility.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing team for product positioning and promotional strategies.
Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and manage the regional sales team.
Set KPIs, monitor performance, and drive a high-performance culture.
Business Planning & Reporting
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and MIS reports.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and improvement areas.
Ensure timely reporting to senior management.
