Job Description Technical/Functional Skills 5 years direct experience designing and developing using Web Methods Integration Server v7.1.2 or v8.2, Enterprise Application Integration, Message oriented Middleware or Service Oriented Architecture patterns and applications.
Experience with integrating systems on different technologies using webmethods, including mainframe, VB, Oracle etc.
Experienced with creation of XML schemas and mapping.
Extensive experience in developing solutions utilizing Service-Oriented Architectures (SOA) and solid understanding of SOA lifecycle
Knowledge of communicating via MQ Series or JMS queues
Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, and various database platforms (DB2, Oracle, SQL Server)
Ability to elicit and represent business requirements
Excellent communication skills, ability to present to customers, organize working sessions, converse well with business as well as technical personnel
Experience with documenting processes, creating test plans and other related project documentation
Ability to work in a team
Excellent analytical and research skills
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and execute on assigned deliverables
Ability to quickly learn new systems and business processes
Good knowledge of common project management tools and testing tools, including Microsoft tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project.
Proven track record on large projects
Impact analysis, Design and development of services/components on WebMethods Integration Server
Unit testing and UAT Support.
Enhance and support existing WebMethods setup.
Proactive follow ups until issues are resolved.
Documentation (High Level Design, Low Level Design, Unit test Plan, Implementation Plan)
Generic Managerial Skills Excellent Communication skills
Ability to prioritize and execute on assigned deliverables
Ability to work in a team, and experience in working with onshore/offshore model will be a plus.
