Leading a team of Inside Sales Representatives, the full-time Sales Manager - SMB Outbound will drive high-volume outbound sales efforts, coaching team members to exceed performance goals while working remotely from the East or Midwest regions of the United States.
Key responsibilities
Lead and coach a team of 10-15 Account Executives in outbound cold calling to sell Yelp's advertising solutions
Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and achieve monthly revenue targets
Facilitate team meetings, training sessions, and performance check-ins to foster a collaborative and high-performance culture
Required qualifications
1+ years of experience managing inside sales teams in a high-volume outbound sales environment
Proficient in selling digital products to SMBs and experienced with Salesforce CRM
Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a commitment to team development
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and improve performance metrics
Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of customer-facing experience with a HS Diploma or GED
