Our agency is looking for confident and highly motivated individuals that are interested in a great career opportunity!

As an Insurance Producer for our agency you will make and receive calls to generate appointments marketing our wide range of insurance products and services.

Additionally, we will provide the tools, infrastructure, training and leads to help you grow and become successful.

*Base salary of 35-50k based on experience with commissions and bonuses on top.

A successful candidate will complete their first 90 day probationary period working full time on site. Once completed, the candidate is eligible for a flexible remote, work from home option.

Responsibilities

Prospect and develop new client relationships through referrals, leads, and outreach

Consult with clients to assess coverage needs and present tailored auto and home insurance options

Manage and grow a book of business through excellent customer service and follow-up

Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance targets

Requirements

Active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
