We are currently hiring for a Management Trainee – Marketing & Events position to join our expanding Nashville team. This entry-level opportunity offers hands-on training in marketing, retail sales, event coordination, customer engagement, and leadership development. As you build experience, you’ll have the opportunity to grow into team leadership and management roles within the company.
What You’ll Do Assist with the planning and execution of retail marketing campaigns and promotional events
Support brand awareness initiatives through face-to-face customer interactions and event marketing
Coordinate event setup, customer engagement activities, and promotional materials
Represent client brands professionally in retail and event-based environments
Collaborate with team members to help drive sales performance and customer acquisition goals
Participate in ongoing leadership development, training workshops, and team meetings
Contribute creative ideas for marketing outreach, customer engagement, and campaign growth strategies
